Our client is seeking a Freelance HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative experience and advanced computer skills. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, tracking important data, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high-volume tasks, handling sensitive information with confidentiality, and working efficiently across multiple systems.Schedule & Location:Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMFully onsite in Santa Fe SpringsPay rate: $28-30/hr.Responsibilities: Support day-to-day HR administrative operationsMaintain accurate employee records and documentationAssist with onboarding coordination and related paperworkTrack HR data, reports, and internal records using spreadsheets and systemsEnsure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality in all HR tasksCollaborate with internal teams to support employee-related processesManage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentUse Excel and Google Sheets to organize, update, and analyze informationQualified candidates should have prior experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role, strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
