IT Operations & Executive Coordinator Atlanta, GA | Hybrid | Full-TimeWe're partnering with a highly regarded international professional services firm to hire an IT Operations & Executive Coordinator to support a senior technology leadership team.This is not a traditional admin role. You'll sit at the centre of the IT function, helping drive planning, coordination, and communication across key initiatives while working closely with senior stakeholders.If you're organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, professional environment, this role offers real visibility and impact.What you'll be doing:Acting as a key support partner to IT leadership, helping manage priorities, schedules, and key deliverablesSupporting annual planning, budgeting cycles, and internal reporting processesTracking major IT initiatives, ensuring milestones, updates, and governance activities stay on trackCoordinating cross-functional meetings, reviews, and communications across the IT teamCreating polished presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership audiencesManaging follow-ups, actions, and documentation to keep projects moving forwardSupporting vendor coordination, internal events, and operational activities during busy periodsHelping improve internal processes and bringing structure to evolving workflowsWhat we're looking for:3+ years' experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role within a corporate or professional services environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership teamsHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Confident communicator with strong written skills and attention to detailComfortable working with sensitive information in a professional settingProactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership and work independentlyNice to have:Experience supporting IT, technology, or project-based teamsExposure to planning cycles, reporting, or governance processesFamiliarity with collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePointHiring process:Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short presentation exercise as part of the process, followed by a series of virtual interviews.
