Job Title: Production Coordinator/Computer TechnicianJob Duration: 6+ Months ContractJob Location: Whitsett, NC ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate production line staff to meet daily output goals.Monitor assembly of server components including motherboards, CPUs, memory, and power supplies.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and ESD (electrostatic discharge) guidelines.Conduct line audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.Troubleshoot production issues and escalate technical problems to engineering or maintenance teams.Train and mentor production operators on processes, tools, and safety practices.Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics.Collaborate with planning, logistics, and quality teams to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.QualificationsHigh school diploma or technical certification; associate degree in electronics or manufacturing preferred.Experience in electronics or server hardware production
