This individual will join a corporate Advanced Manufacturing team and play a key role in driving enterprise digitalization efforts across manufacturing operations.The RoleAs a Digital Manufacturing Engineer, you will use your digital toolset to solve some of the company's most complex manufacturing problems. You will be challenged to build innovative solutions that enable manufacturing sites to focus on what they do best, while leading projects and mentoring others.What You'll DoBuild and deploy Tulip applications, with MES as a primary focusIntegrate Tulip with enterprise systems such as SAP, CMMS, and related platformsDesign, implement, and maintain analytics and dashboards using Power BI and Tulip AnalyticsEvaluate new technologies and support on-site lab testing and proof-of-concept initiativesSupport end-of-line test cell enhancementsParticipate in an on-call rotation supporting Advanced Manufacturing applications after hoursManage assigned project schedules and budgetsEnsure manufacturing data accuracy across responsible systemsConduct regular training and knowledge transfer sessions with operations teamsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Technology5+ years of progressive experience supporting manufacturing or operations technologyPreferred QualificationsExperience managing technical projects (requirements, budgets, timelines, change control)Proven success using technology to drive manufacturing improvementsAbility to lead workshops with manufacturing sites and key stakeholdersExperience developing, deploying, and supporting manufacturing systems, including: MES, QMS, PLCs, SCADA, Data Historians, CMMS, Computer VisionProficiency with OT programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar)Strong SQL experience (queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers)Experience with OT integration technologies such as OPC and MQTTExperience designing cloud-based analytics and reporting solutionsFamiliarity with OPC servers and data tagsExperience integrating OT systems with enterprise platforms using REST APIsWhy You'll Love Working at Our Client:Competitive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)State-of-the-art facility with onsite gym, café, walking trails, and free parkingFlexible summer hours (Memorial Day-Labor Day)Strong culture of teamwork, community involvement, and Fun DaysProduct loan and discount programsCasual environment "” every day is jeans day!Only W2 employment "” no C2C candidates will be considered.Codeworks, an LRS Company, is an equal opportunity employer.
