Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & CoordinationManage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholdersOversee administrative coordination, reporting, and project controlsPrepare monthly progress reports and invoicesStakeholder & Workgroup ManagementCoordinate and support cross-agency workgroups (executive, senior staff, operations, communications)Develop meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materialsFacilitate meeting logistics, including scheduling, outreach, and follow-upsDocument and distribute meeting notes and action itemsCommunications & Strategic SupportSupport communication planning, public information, and stakeholder engagement effortsTranslate complex technical information into clear messaging for diverse audiencesDevelop presentations, briefing materials, and reportsMaintain communication tools, contact lists, and shared resources.Program & Project SupportAssist with strategic planning and interagency coordination for major transportation projectsDevelop workplans, reports, and executive briefing papersSupport process improvements and coordination frameworks.Required QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in communications, project coordination, or related fieldExperience with stakeholder coordination across multiple organizations or agenciesStrong skills in meeting facilitation, logistics, and documentationAbility to translate technical information into accessible communicationBachelor's degree in communications, public administration, planning, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience in transportation, infrastructure, or public sector projectsFamiliarity with interagency coordination and public engagement strategiesStrong proficiency in PowerPoint, collaboration tools, and digital communication platforms
