Job SummaryThe B2B Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing content-driven marketing initiatives and campaigns that support lead generation, lead nurturing, and business growth for the client physician group. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement B2B campaigns that resonate with our target audience, promote services, and support business objectives. General Responsibilities Support the execution of B2B marketing initiatives, communications, and sales to drive lead generation, engagement, and business growthCollaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, campaigns, and content with business objectives and target audiencesContribute to special projects and evolving initiatives with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetEssential Job FunctionsContent Development & Lead NurturingOwn the development of B2B content to support lead generation and nurturing, including articles, email campaigns, sales collateral, and thought leadershipWrite and edit high-quality content across channels (email, blog, website, social, and print), ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectivesTranslate healthcare and business concepts into clear, compelling messaging for physician audiencesManage content calendars aligned with campaign strategy and Business Development prioritiesCreate and execute targeted nurture campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnelSupport thought leadership initiatives to position the organization as a trusted partner for independent physiciansCampaigns, Digital & AnalyticsExecute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversionPlan and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, including segmentation and performance trackingMonitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizationBrand, Events & Marketing SupportManage B2B brand materials and coordinate with vendors for promotional items and collateral ordersSupport the development of brand assets, including signage, presentations, and other marketing materialsAssist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives, including conferences, meetings, and recruitment eventsConduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategy and business development effortsMaintain organized marketing materials, resources, and documentationKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field required; or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications-related fieldKnowledge of marketing automation toolsExperience with Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud) is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Experience creating content that supports lead generation and marketing funnelsKnowledge of how to leverage AI in the workplaceUnwavering passion for detail with superior organizational skillsProven ability to thrive under multiple deadlines and multitask effectivelyExcellent oral communication and interpersonal skills High energy, creative problem solver, and self-starterPositive attitude with a keen ability to learn and adaptFamiliarity with the healthcare industry is a significant plusMust be available to report to corporate office in-person, as neededAbility to travel to sites and events 50% of the timeAbility to lift, carry and transport heavy materials
