Account Executive - Medical Sales - DiagnosticsTerritory-Based in Greater Albany, NYKSG is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare organization at the forefront of advanced diagnostic and genomics solutions. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative testing solutions.What You'll DoOwn and grow a defined territory, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goalsExpand and deepen relationships within existing hospital and health system accountsIdentify and develop new business opportunities across targeted clinical segmentsDeliver strategic, value-based presentations to physicians, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholdersBuild and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to drive growthPartner cross-functionally with internal teams (clinical, product, market access) to close opportunitiesStay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needsLeverage internal resources to deliver tailored clinical and business solutionsAnalyze territory data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performanceRepresent the organization at conferences, meetings, and industry eventsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of medical sales experience (any specialty considered)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex healthcare environmentsExperience calling on hospitals, health systems, or clinical stakeholders is a plusAbility to communicate clinical or technical information effectivelyHighly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and standard business softwareBachelor's degree preferredNice to HaveExperience in diagnostics, genomics, or laboratory servicesExposure to pediatric, hospital, or specialty clinical environmentsFamiliarity with structured sales methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, etc.)Why This RoleThis is an opportunity to join a high-impact team in a fast-evolving space within healthcare.
