We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial door projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including estimating, submittals, material ordering, installation coordination, and final closeout.This is a hands-on position that works closely with general contractors, vendors, installation crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from contract award through final invoicing and closeoutPerform take-offs and estimating for new and existing projectsPrepare and manage submittals, shop drawings, and project documentationCoordinate material ordering, vendor communication, and deliveriesReview and approve factory acknowledgements and schedulesOversee and coordinate installation crews (including occasional site visits)Manage RFIs, change orders, and project updatesTrack job costs and maintain accurate project records (as-builts)Support billing processes, including progress billing and final invoicingProvide closeout documentation, including warranties and final packagesQualifications10+ years of experience in project management within:Commercial/industrial doorsRolling steel or sectional overhead doorsDock equipment or related building productsStrong knowledge of Division 8 specifications and building codesExperience working with general contractors and construction projectsAbility to read and interpret shop drawings and construction documentsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat We're Looking ForSelf-motivated and able to manage projects independentlyStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective communicator with both internal teams and external partnersProblem-solver who can respond quickly and accuratelyTakes ownership and accountability for project outcomesEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
