Company DescriptionThe Aftermarket Car Parts Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operationsof a warehouse that stores and distributes aftermarket automotive parts. This role ensuresefficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, accurate shipping and receiving, andproper warehouse organization while maintaining safety and productivity standards.Role Description? Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing,and shipping aftermarket automotive parts.? Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performancemanagement.? Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.? Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) to track parts, orders, and shipments.? Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure parts availability andtimely deliveries.? Ensure proper storage and handling of automotive parts to prevent damage or loss.? Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency.? Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and companysafety standards.? Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying documentation andshipment accuracy.? Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, andshipping times.? Resolve operational issues such as shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, or damagedgoods.? Maintain relationships with suppliers, freight carriers, and delivery services.Qualifications? High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in logistics,supply chain management, or business preferred.? 3-5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in automotive parts oraftermarket distribution.? Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory systems, and warehouse operations.? Experience with warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems.? Leadership and team management skills.? Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.? Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification preferred).Skills?
