We are looking for a versatile Technical Account Manager for our 2-3-person branch, where every individual truly makes a difference. Real Impact: Opportunity to implement your ideas and advance within a rapidly expanding group Position Description: Reporting directly to the branch's Managing Director, the Technical Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients Demonstrate rigor in managing dashboards and conducting client calls Follow up with clients who have not made a purchase for some time to maintain strong customer relationships Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently Process customer requestsIssue and send purchase orders (POs) in the ERP systemCommunicate clearly between the client and the production team to ensure strong team representation and set customer expectationsUnderstand Precision Bolts / Boulons Plus' capabilities and communicate them effectively to clients in order to manage expectations properlyPerform all other related tasks Education: College diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Prior experience with structural fasteners or structural steel highly desired Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), including advanced Excel skills Ease in using integrated software systems Knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor, an asset) Skills: Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to anticipate client needs and match them with appropriate products and services Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset Advanced problem-solving skills Interest in sales, with strong stress and priority management abilities
