This is your opportunity to step into a critical role at the center of a rapidly scaling recruiting organization.We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who can operate with precision, urgency, and professionalism while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. This is not just scheduling, it's owning the engine that keeps hiring moving.Role DetailsLocation: Hybrid (San Francisco, 3 days/week) Contract Length: 6 months to startCompensation: $57.50/hour (~$120K annualized)Start Date: ASAPWhat You'll DoOwn end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple pipelines (majority of your role)Coordinate high-volume, complex scheduling across Research, Executive, and technical teamsPartner with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and business partnersManage last-minute changes, conflicts, and "fire drills" with calm and efficiencyDeliver a white-glove candidate experience, from first touch to final roundMaintain accurate scheduling data and documentationSupport both virtual and occasional onsite interviewsWhat You Bring (Must-Have)Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator (this is non-negotiable)Ability to manage high-volume scheduling in fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational skills"”you can handle "organized chaos" with easeExceptional written and verbal communicationExperience supporting executive-level stakeholders and/or executive assistantsConfidence working cross-functionally in tools like Slack and ATS platformsAbility to self-prioritize, problem-solve, and execute independentlyWhat Sets You ApartExperience supporting executive recruiting in high-touch environmentsBackground in both large-scale companies and startup settingsFamiliarity with tools like Ashby, Guide, or similar scheduling platformsExperience across technical and non-technical hiring pipelinesWho You AreA proactive, solutions-oriented problem solverCalm under pressure and quick to adapt when priorities shiftHighly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownershipComfortable working with senior leaders and representing the recruiting function with polishEnergized by fast-paced, high-impact work
