The Field Service Engineer will be integral in servicing new and existing customers for a world-leading organization.Main duties of the Field Service Engineer include:Traveling to assist in the electrical troubleshooting and support of equipment driven by PLC's, robotics and hydraulicsAssisting in large-scale capital equipment installation, set up and training while at client sitesTesting and maintenance on equipment when not traveling to client sitesAiding in service-level agreements (If a system requires maintenance, you will immediately be required to travel to that site to aid in the service)Assisting sales with new customer developmentQualifications for the Field Service Engineer position include:Associate's Degree in a technical fieldWillingness to travel up to 75% of the time (domestic and international)Strong knowledge of PLC's and HMI and ability to read Ladder LogicAbility to travel overseasExcellent communication skills
