Demand Planner

?? We're Hiring: Demand Planner (On-site - Irving, TX) ?? Are you a data-driven Demand Planner ready to take ownership of forecasting and help build processes from the ground up? A growing leader in the metal roofing manufacturing industry is looking for a highly analytical professional to join their team.This is a high-impact role where you'll report directly to leadership, own the forecasting process, and play a key role in strengthening the company's S&OP function. We're specifically looking for someone who is not only a strong Demand Planner, but who has also supported or been involved in the implementation and adoption of ERP and forecasting systems.Compensation & BenefitsSalary up to $100,000 per year (depending on experience)Full-time, Individual Contributor roleFully onsite in Irving, TXBenefits include 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, and Paid Time Off Core ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the company-wide demand forecasting processPartner with Sales and leadership to build and align on a consensus forecastAnalyze historical data, trends, and market inputs to improve forecast accuracyTranslate demand plans into actionable production, purchasing, and inventory strategiesSupport and help optimize ERP and forecasting tools as the business evolves What You'll Need (Must-Haves)Bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience in planning, inventory, or manufacturing, OR 7+ years of relevant experienceStrong Excel skills and hands-on experience working within ERP systemsProven understanding of supply chain concepts, forecasting, and inventory managementStrong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and leadership stakeholdersComfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with limited structure ? Nice to HaveExperience supporting or implementing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP)Experience participating in or supporting S&OP processes
