The role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely material quotations, ensuring competitiveness and consistency across projects. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive approach to supporting both sales teams and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project specifications, drawings, and requests for quotation to generate accurate estimates on core HVAC equipmentSelect and price standard products such as air distribution, packaged equipment, fans, and sheet metal items using manufacturer tools and pricing dataCollaborate with Sales Representatives to create and deliver strategic bids to contractorsProvide alternate product options when appropriate to meet project requirementsManage multiple quotations simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesCommunicate with internal teams, factory representatives, and customers to ensure accurate information and support throughout the bidding processDeliver high-quality customer service and sales supportQualificationsTechnical aptitude and interest in HVAC systemsAbility to read and interpret basic construction drawings and specificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
