Visual Merchandising Project Manager

Robert Half's client is looking for a Visual Merchandising Project Manager for a 6+ month contract role in Boston. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be open to working onsite 3 days-per-week. This role supports wholesale visual merchandising initiatives across North America. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for partnering with creative and operations teams to execute in-store experiences, maintain brand standards, and support sell-through performance.Key Responsibilities:Project manage and execute visual merchandising initiatives across assigned accountsCreate clear visual merchandising guidelines and creative briefs for graphic and print updatePartner with creative, operations, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate executionCoordinate third-party visual merchandising vendors for rollouts and installationsSupport showroom setups, account presentations, decks, and special eventsAssist with market visits and provide recaps and insights to internal teamsEnsure alignment with brand standards and wholesale guidelinesShare project recaps, documentation, and insights with internal stakeholdersLeverage visual merchandising and floor-planning tools to support layoutsQualifications: 3+ years of visual merchandising or retail project management experiencePrior experience working in a corporate retail, agency, or consumer brand industry a big plusDegree in visual merchandising, fashion design, retail marketing, or similarExperience with merchandising software (RELEX, IWD, Scorpion Platform, or similar)Portfolio of relevant install, planogram, brief, or related work samples requiredExcellent project management and creative production skillsStrong eye for merchandising, styling, fixtures, and store layoutsExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Knowledge of current visual merchandising trendsCandidates may be required to travel and occasionally work off-hoursAbility to lift up to 50lbs when neededSelf-starterDetail-oriented
