This role requires hands-on leadership in managing Oracle ERP and related technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of managing complex projects, stakeholder communication, and driving successful delivery in a client-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Oracle projects (implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support)Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and overall executionCoordinate effectively with Oracle functional and technical teamsDrive project planning, tracking, governance, and reportingManage onsite-offshore delivery model and ensure seamless collaborationIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategiesConduct regular stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reportingEnsure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and delivery commitmentsCollaborate with architects, SMEs, and business teams across Oracle platformsRequired Skills & Experience12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project ManagementStrong experience managing Oracle-based projects, including:Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS)Oracle SCM / HCMOracle integrations and middlewareProven ability to manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery modelsStrong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certificationExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware toolsPrior experience working with large system integrators such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro, or AccenturePrevious onsite experience in the United StatesAdditional InformationClient-facing role - strong communication skills are mandatoryVisa: H1B candidates are acceptableWork Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week
