As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first - so your impact really will change lives.The Engineering Solutions Account Executiveis accountable for:Focus within the Advanced Manufacturing and Automationengineering verticalAs an experienced seller in your vertical industry of focus, you'll solve our prospects' engineering challenges through selling our statementworX suite of SOW solutions (outcome based deliverable Projects and Programs) and traditional contract, temp to hire and direct hire service linesInitiate and conduct meetings with potential and current strategic Engineering business leaders experiencing or expecting growthUtilize research/data/technology and industry insights to generate value to engineering functions with goal of establishing strategic relationships and Kelly Engineering as an expert in Engineering Services deliveryNurture loyal relationships and understanding of the motivators and trends that drive growthQualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, engineering managers, etc.Influence and partner with a team of specialized engineering recruiters. We all work cohesively together to provide the best workforce solutions in the industryBe accountable to the highest standards of activity, success, teamwork and ultimate production of resultsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred (not required)Minimum 2+ years of proven business-to-business Engineering Services sales, preferably in the focus industry verticalSolutions oriented, consultative and the ability to have a strategic sales approachBe able to build long-term sales relationships with stakeholdersBe curious and passionate about solving the world's most challenging engineering needs and connecting talented people with meaningful careersStaffing Industry experience requiredBase pay range for this position is $73,875 - $120,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.Compensation package and benefits applicable to the position - understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
