HVAC Distributors, Inc. is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join their team. The role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, including a company car with a gas card.ResponsibilitiesDevelop an annual Territory Plan in conjunction with the Regional Manager.Define sales strategies and action plans for identified target accounts and prospects within the territory.Establish new residential dealers and light commercial contractor accounts.Grow sales volume with current accounts.Maximize share of customers' equipment spend.Ensure personal face-to-face contact and continuous improvement of rapport and productive relationships with decision-makers in all classes of customers and prospects in the assigned territory.Manage the process to convert dealers to company equipment brands and ensure achievement of all related internal and external deliverables, including assignment of pricing, dealer levels, services, and training.Qualifications5 years of Account Management experience.3 years of sales experience selling to contractors would also be beneficial.Required SkillsPrevious account management experience.Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.Willingness and ability to travel.Preferred SkillsExperience in the HVAC,.
