This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on building new relationships, winning accounts, and growing market share in one of the busiest logistics hubs in the U.S.Supported by a strong global network, established operations team, and competitive pricing structure, you will have the tools and backing needed to succeed in a high-potential territory.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and end-to-end supply chain solutionsBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market activityManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding and account developmentIdentify customer logistics challenges and present tailored freight solutionsDevelop relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, retailers, and distribution businesses across Southern CaliforniaCollaborate closely with operations and pricing teams to deliver high service levelsNegotiate commercial terms, pricing agreements, and service contractsMaintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline updates, and revenue forecastsAttend client meetings, industry events, and networking functions across the LA marketIdeal BackgroundMinimum 3+ years of freight forwarding sales experienceStrong knowledge of Air Freight and Ocean Freight forwardingProven success in winning new business and achieving GP / revenue targetsExisting client network within Los Angeles / Southern California highly desirableStrong understanding of the LAX / Port of Los Angeles & Long Beach market advantageousCommercially sharp with strong negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-orientedPackageBase Salary up to $120,000 depending on experienceUncapped commission planMedical, dental, vision benefits401(k) packagePTO & paid holidaysLong-term career growth with a global organization
