OverviewA growing fashion brand is seeking a highly detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Management team in a fast-paced apparel wholesale environment. This role is critical to the execution and accuracy of all sales operations, including order processing, tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This is not an entry-level administrative role"”this position serves as a key operational partner to the sales team and plays a direct role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and overall business success.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage sales orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelinesTrack orders end-to-end across production, shipping, invoicing, and deliveryMaintain and reconcile order data across internal systems and customer documentationAct as a liaison between Sales, Production, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Service teamsPrepare sales reports, order summaries, and forecasts for leadershipIdentify discrepancies, risks, or delays and proactively resolve issuesMaintain accurate records of accounts, pricing agreements, and seasonal programsSupport sales meetings, line reviews, and presentations with accurate data and materialsCoordinate and ship garment samples for customer presentations and internal needsQualificationsProven experience supporting sales teams in apparel, wholesale, or consumer goods environmentsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accuratelyExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of accountability and follow-throughProficiency in Excel and ERP/order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, ABS, or similar)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPreferred ExperienceBackground in apparel or fashion wholesaleFamiliarity with seasonal selling cycles, production timelines, and delivery schedulesExperience supporting senior sales leadership or key accountsUnderstanding of retail mathPersonal AttributesDetail-oriented and process-drivenProactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skillsCollaborative and able to work cross-functionallyComfortable handling sensitive order and financial data
