Clearmark Valuation in Dublin, Ohio is looking for a certified appraiser with AI experience! The successful candidate will be proficient in appraising software and have the ability to learn software applications quickly. Experience mentoring Appraiser Trainees a plus. Full time, salaried position with medical benefits, 401K, PTO and Continuing Education reimbursement. Salary range $75K-90K commensurate with experience. Job RequirementsCertification: Active certification in good standing required from Ohio state regulatory agency. Technical Skills: Proficiency in appraising software, MLS systems, and MS OAice. Comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms. Ability to learn software applications quickly. Communication: Excellent writing skills for reporting and interpersonal skills for conducting inspections and defending appraisals. Manage Appraiser Trainee: Guide trainees toward competency to achieve licensure. Ability to conduct peer reviews on appraisal reports: Appraiser to review other appraisal reports for accuracy and compliance. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research capabilities to evaluate market trends and property characteristics. Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and local regulatory requirements. Appraisal Report Generation: Utilize technology to prepare comprehensive, written appraisal reports that outline the methods and data used to arrive at a value conclusion. Property Inspection: Utilize technology to perform in-depth interior and exterior inspections as necessary for USPAP compliance. Market Analysis & Research: Utilize technology to research public records, legal descriptions, zoning bylaws, and recent comparable sales to analyze market trends.
