This role is ideal for a design professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-orientedenvironment and is excited to lead projects from concept through completion.You will play a key role in shaping the design vision for high-end residential projects while alsocontributing to boutique commercial work. As a leader within the design team, you will mentorjunior designers, collaborate closely with architecture and construction teams, and ensure everyproject reflects both creative excellence and real-world buildability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead interior design projects from initial concept through final installationDevelop thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically compelling design solutionsCollaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and goalsWork closely with architects, estimators, and project managers to align design with budget and construction feasibilityOversee material selections, finishes, fixtures, and furnishingsProduce and review drawings, presentations, and specificationsGuide clients through a structured, organized design processMentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environmentParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and site visitsEnsure designs are executed accurately and maintain design intent throughout constructionQualifications10-15 years of experience in residential interior design (design-build experience preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential work (boutique commercial a plus)Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
