MEP Project ManagerLocation: Hybrid in Cincinnati, OHOur client is seeking an MEP Project Manager to help lead complex building systems projects that shape how people learn, heal, work, and gather. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing focused projects across a mix of institutional and commercial environments, helping ensure quality outcomes, clear communication, and strong financial performance.What You Will DoLead multidisciplinary building systems projects from early planning through construction supportCoordinate scope, schedule, budget, and consultant activity for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design effortsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal technical teamsGuide project execution with a strong focus on quality, responsiveness, and commercial performanceAssist with creating proposals, budgeting project costs, and managing scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycleReview design deliverables for completeness, coordination, and alignment with client objectivesMonitor project risks, action items, and decision points to keep delivery moving and stakeholders alignedFacilitate meetings, document project progress, and maintain clear communication across stakeholdersSupport permitting, compliance, and jurisdictional coordination as needed for assigned workContribute to long term client relationships by identifying needs, solving problems, and creating a strong project experienceWhat You BringBachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, plus project leadership experience in the built environment8 plus years of experience managing engineering or construction related projects, ideally within healthcare, education, civic, or commercial sectorsWorking knowledge of MEP systems and the project delivery processAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow throughStrong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and nontechnical audiencesExperience with budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and contract administrationProfessional Engineer, PMP, or similar credential is valued but not requiredComfort working in a hybrid setting with periodic travel to client and project sites around the Cincinnati regionWhy This Role Stands OutVisible role with meaningful project ownershipStrong blend of technical coordination and client leadershipOpportunity to work on impactful, high profile built environment projectsCollaborative team setting with room for long term growthAbout Blue Signal:Blue Signal is an award-winning, executive search firm specializing in various specialties.
