He runs his own advisory business from a home office. She holds a leadership role at a major hedge fund in Manhattan. Three children. Two properties. A full, intentional life that deserves to be held with care.They are thoughtful, engaging and grounded, with a natural sense of humour and value discretion, good judgment and a calm, capable presence around them.The RoleThe household is in an active moment of growth and the operating model is being deliberately rebuilt around this hire. A family office has recently been engaged to absorb financial administration - freeing this seat for exactly the work a great Chief of Staff wants to be doing.Interface with the newly engaged family office, ensuring seamless coordination on the family's behalf without direct executionDrive the primary Principal's communications across personal, professional and board spheres - triaging, distilling and advancing matters so that only what truly requires his attention reaches him; navigating with instinct and judgment rather than policingAbsorb the full weight of child-centric administration across three children in elementary school - scheduling, registrations, school communications, medical appointments and protocols, activity planning and seasonal sign-ups - ensuring nothing lapses and the principals are brought in only where their input genuinely mattersBuild and maintain the rhythm of a weekly digest - curating volume into a focused, actionable view that respects his timeBuild and run a centralised calendar across both principals, three children, household staff and vendorsManage two properties - Greenwich and the Hamptons - with a meaningful and growing operational footprintOwn as the household system of record; build the seasonal playbooks, renewal trackers and recurring frameworks so nothing is ever missedCoordinate travel and accommodations across the family, aligned to their aesthetic and preferencesManage household vendors, maintenance, and seasonal property needs across both homesOversee nanny and housekeeper; assess and shape the wider support structure over timeThe female principal's professional EA operates within firm boundaries and cannot extend to personal or household matters - the Chief of Staff is her primary point of contact on the home front, curating and prioritising what reaches her so that when she engages, it countsHandle the thoughtful details - the gifts, the gestures, the things that quietly matterThe Operating EnvironmentBoth principals have distinct rhythms, communication styles, process and daily pulls.
