This role is responsible for driving growth in the specialty channel by owning pipeline development, supporting execution, and managing lower-tier accounts and test initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, sharp, and brings a strong sense of ownership to their work. A true pace setter, you'll keep momentum flowing in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and take pride in seeing things through from start to finish.Responsibilities Own prospecting, pipeline tracking, and CRM management to drive a consistent flow of qualified leads; generate new leads monthly, maintain a clearly staged pipeline with weekly updates, and ensure 100% of leads are contacted within 5 business days with disciplined follow-up to improve conversion (target: 20%+ active pipeline)Send qualified leads to sales reps weekly and support pipeline progression through consistent follow-through and coordinationManage specialty order entry and day-to-day account needs, ensuring accurate, timely processing and responses within 48 hours while maintaining data integrity across HubSpot, Shopify, and FairePlan and execute trade shows, including logistics, sample coordination, and post-event follow-up; capture and enter 100% of leads within 72 hours and contact 80%+ within one week to drive measurable pipeline and conversionOwn all sample and gratis tracking and logistics to ensure readiness for selling and training across wholesaleManage Tier 5 accounts (=$5K annually), maintaining 90%+ retention and delivering +10-20% year-over-year growth through proactive reorder cadence and quarterly touchpointsExecute test-and-learn and new channel initiatives, tracking results and managing all related deliverablesSupport the sales team with follow-ups, materials, and coordination to improve efficiency and conversion, and provide CX support during periods of high customer outreachTake on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-growing, nimble environmentQualifications2-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, account coordination, or similar execution-focused roles, preferably in retail, apparel, or consumer brands.Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and e-commerce or wholesale tools (Shopify, Faire), with strong attention to data accuracy and system integrityHighly organized with exceptional follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities and execute reliably in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across sales, CX, and cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented and process-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ownershipBenefitsCompetitive salaryResponsible Time Off ("RTO")10 paid holidays, annuallyGenerous PPO medical, vision, and dental insuranceUp to 3% match on retirement contributionsDiscounts on company productsAn opportunity to make your mark and develop a legacy
