It is well-suited for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, redesign, and optimize work areas, workflows, and manufacturing layoutsApply best practices in electro-mechanical manufacturing, including soldering, metals, and weldingSupport and promote 6S initiatives to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplaceEstablish and maintain time standards to measure efficiency and labor costsIdentify process deviations and recommend practical, cost-effective solutionsDevelop and maintain management information, planning, and control systemsImplement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance overall performanceMaintain and update routings and bills of materials (BOMs)Actively participate in safety initiatives and compliance effortsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsB.S. degree in EngineeringMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Manufacturing EngineerStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWorking knowledge of SolidWorksAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsWhat We OfferClimate-controlled manufacturing environmentCompetitive benefits package401(k) with company matchStable organization with a long, respected history in manufacturingExposure to diverse, highly regulated industriesImportant to KnowThis role supports high-precision manufacturing in demanding markets.
