Vendor Coordinator

No C2C or 3rd parties, please.Vendor Coordinator (Houston, TX) with hybrid work schedule!We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our Construction Management team in Houston. In this role, you'll coordinate and align Construction Management & Inspection resources to support projects moving into the construction phase. If you enjoy keeping complex processes organized, building strong partnerships, and ensuring quality standards are met, this could be a great fit for you!What You'll Do:Monitor vendors for compliance and support stakeholder collaborationEnsure vendors meet regulatory and inspection requirementsReview vendor inspection test plans and coordinate with engineering teamsManage documentation packages, RFIs, NCRs, and inspection reportsDevelop inspection checklists and support continuous improvement initiativesTrack KPIs, supplier performance, and provide reporting as neededTravel to other U.S. locations as necessary for assignments, training, and meetingsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma3 - 5+ years of experience in business analysis, vendor surveillance, project coordination, and/or construction managementKnowledge of trade skills related to inspection, pipeline, facility practices, or shop surveillanceProficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPointStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsComfortable with public speakingMilitary service may substitute for industry experience (MOS)Preferred Qualifications:Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related fieldAPI 510 certificationKnowledge of ASME, ASTM, ISO 9001 standardsAbility to review welding procedures and quality documentation
