You'll leverage MRPeasy, data, and strong vendor relationships to drive efficiency, improve reliability, and eliminate bottlenecks across the operation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Reno, NV. The Supply Chain Manager will own and continuously improve all aspects of supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and analytics.You'll be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels, analyzing performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, production, and project teams to keep jobs on track and on time.Qualifications• 5-8+ years in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments• Strong experience with MRP/ERP systems (MRPeasy highly preferred)• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor supply chains• Deep understanding of inventory strategy and lead times• Highly analytical"”you use data to drive decisions and improvements• Proactive operator"”you anticipate issues before they become problems• Strong communicator who can align internal teams and external partners
