Smart Buildings Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Smart Buildings Leader to define and implement smart-building standards across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, residential, and healthcare assets.This role will oversee the strategy, integration, and performance of systems such as BMS/BAS, CMMS, access control, smart parking, and cybersecurity.We're looking for someone with deep expertise in building automation and network infrastructure, with a strong track record in driving smart technology adoption and operational efficiency across complex real estate environments.Key Focus Areas:Develop and govern OT standards and roadmapsLead integration of building systems and campus networksManage smart tech across new developments and existing assetsCollaborate across tech, design, and operations teams7+ years' experience in OT or smart buildings required.
