Client Operations Specialist

Bella Advisors is growing!We are looking for an Operations Specialist to own client onboarding and ongoing servicing. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you are the face of Bella Advisors, managing details in real time, and continuously improving how work gets done. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, stay composed under pressure, and take pride in building processes, this role will fit you well.This is not a passive back-office role. You are a key driver of the client experience.What You'll Do Own the end-to-end client onboarding process from paperwork through system setup Manage ACAT transfers and coordinate with custodians to ensure smooth, timely transitions Maintain clear audit trails and accurate records of all money movement and account activity Handle day-to-day client servicing including requests, updates, and issue resolution Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant client documentation Identify inefficiencies and implement better workflows, processes, and tools Partner closely with advisors and compliance to ensure alignment and executionWhat Success Looks Like Clean, accurate, error-free, and timely onboarding Fast, seamless account transfers with little to no client disruption Responsive, reliable client servicing Documented, repeatable processes that improve efficiency and reduce inefficiency Strong operational discipline with organized systems and clear audit trailsWhat We're Looking For Experience in financial services operations (RIA, wealth management, or brokerage preferred) Strong understanding of onboarding, ACAT transfers, and client servicing workflows Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball Process-minded with a track record of improving workflows and systems Clear, professional communicator who is confident interacting directly with clients, advisors, and partners Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability, client-facing environmentNon-Negotiables You take ownership without waiting to be told what to do You follow through and close loops You handle pressure without getting overwhelmed You focus on solutions, not excusesCompensation Base salary starting at $70,000+ Performance bonuses Benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matchingWhy Bella Advisors Growing firm with opportunities to make a difference and contribute to our continued success Direct impact on client experience and firm scalability Clear expectations and accountability Team environment focused on execution and resultsIf you take pride in improving processes and creating efficient, well-run operations, we encourage you to apply!
