Their work includes new construction, adaptive reuse, and interior fit-outs for clients ranging from national retailers to restaurateurs, private owners, and developers.We are seeking an Project Architect with 5+ years of professional retail experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, proven project coordination skills, and a solid background in commercial design.ResponsibilitiesDevelop design concepts, space plans, and full construction document sets.Ensure drawings are detailed, accurate, and aligned with design intent for permit, bid, and construction phases.Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil consultants throughout all project phases.Review and respond to landlord, client, and agency comments.Handle RFIs, addendums, bulletins, and site visit field reports.Oversee construction administration to maintain design quality and compliance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture or interior architecture.
