Sterling Engineering is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for a high-volume production facility. You'll play a key role in driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement while leading and developing a skilled maintenance team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise maintenance technicians in a union environmentPlan and prioritize daily maintenance activities to support uptime and production goalsEnsure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policiesMonitor equipment performance and drive improvements in maintenance processesPartner with leadership to address operational challenges and implement solutionsCoach and develop team members through training and performance managementFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing or CPG (union experience preferred)Strong mechanical knowledge (power transmission, fabrication, preventive maintenance)Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and PLC programsExperience with CMMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office toolsStrong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsFlexibility to support overtime or weekend work as needed
