They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.The Recruiter - is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring process for placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will manage a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.Responsibilities:Will manage end-to-end hiring process for Registered Nurses, Food and Nutrition Services (FNS), Environmental Services (EVS) - Housekeeper, Dietitian, Chef, etceteraMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsQualify and/ or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsQualifications:Associate's DegreeMinimum 2+ years of prior customer service recruiting experience is requiredRequires flexibility to work in multiple time zonesHighly motivated - requires great follow-up, follow-through skillsEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong relationship builderExperience working with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with ATSHigh-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotas - fast-paced, HIGH-VOLUME Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region.
