Apparel Account Executive-Juniors - Southeast LA

Account Executive, Juniors Division-Southeast LAOur client is seeking an experienced Account Executive for their Juniors division. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, growing business and play a key role in managing and expanding major account relationships.This position is responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with retail buyers, driving sales, and representing the business across major accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the Juniors market and brings current buyer relationships that can help grow the business, including retailers such as JCP, Burlington, Windsor, Tillys, and Von Maur. We are also looking for someone who can open new accounts with retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Dry Goods, Maurices, Torrid, Vici, Fashion Nova, and Asos.What You Will Do:Maintain and build relationships with key decision-makers and retail buyersReview trends and weekly sales performance with buyersImplement seasonal profitability plansMeet internal sales and margin goals monthlyInfluence the company's inventory strategyCoordinate merchandising efforts across internal teamsCommunicate cross-functionally with customer service, production/development, and designIdentify and develop new account opportunities with retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Dry Goods, Maurices, Torrid, Vici, Fashion Nova, and AsosManage complex verbal and written communication in both one-on-one and group settingsOperate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStay highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-throughWho You Are:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelMinimum 5 years of experience in Juniors apparelWill manage buyer relationships with retailers such as JCP, Burlington, Windsor, Tillys, and Von MaurSolid relationship and ability to open new accounts with retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Dry Goods, Maurices, Torrid, Vici, Fashion Nova, and AsosExperienced in negotiating private label and branded businessStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsMust be able to travel as neededON SITE FULL TIME!!
