This individual will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, safety, and operational efficiency. The role partners closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to maintain compliant and reliable production processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment and process systems to meet production targetsPerform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor process or equipment adjustmentsDocument process data, deviations, and production activities in accordance with SOPs and GMP requirementsSupport equipment changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and cleaning/sanitation activitiesIdentify potential process improvements and escalate safety, quality, or equipment-related issuesCollaborate with maintenance and engineering teams during troubleshooting and repairsMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred1-3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process operationsExperience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or industrial environments preferredStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipmentFamiliarity with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment (standing, climbing, shift work as needed)
