This role focuses on driving high-quality leads, improving conversion performance, and accelerating revenue growth through data-driven campaign execution.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Execution & OptimizationDevelop, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels to drive qualified leadsManage full-funnel HubSpot workflows, including campaign setup, tracking, lead routing, and reportingWrite compelling ad copy and conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to continuously improve performanceMonitor daily performance metrics and make proactive optimizations to reduce CPL and increase ROIPlan and manage advertising budgets, forecasting spend and lead volume based on historical performance and market trendsTrack, analyze, and report on key metrics, including MQLs, opportunities, conversion rates, and pipeline contributionWebsite & Conversion OptimizationOwn and optimize Google Shopping Ads strategy, including product feeds, compliance, and performanceMonitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on data insightsBuild and optimize HubSpot landing pages, conversion paths, CTAs, and forms to maximize lead generation and conversionsImprove user experience and lead capture through continuous optimization and performance analysisLead Qualification & NurtureDevelop and manage lead nurture programs aligned to buyer stages and personasImplement and continuously optimize lead scoring models in HubSpotEnsure accurate lead routing, qualification criteria (MQL/SQL definitions), and CRM hygiene across HubSpot and CallRailAnalyze funnel performance to identify and address conversion gapsWork closely with sales to align feedback, lead quality, and conversion improvement opportunitiesReporting & AnalyticsEnsure accurate attribution through UTMs, tracking, and platform integrationsIdentify opportunities to improve lead quality, campaign efficiency, and overall marketing performanceQualifications:2-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generationProven track record of improving lead quality while reducing cost-per-leadStrong understanding of paid media best practices, conversion optimization, and landing page performanceAnalytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting PPC metrics, HubSpot analytics, and CRM dataStrong writing and communication skills along with a collaborative, data-driven approachHands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, reporting) - preferredExperience with B2B lead gen funnels - preferredGoogle Ads and/or HubSpot certifications - preferredBroader digital marketing or SEO experience - preferredEducation:Bachelor's degree in business or a related fieldPerks & Benefits That Put You FirstAt ISC Sales, we invest in your well-being"”inside and outside of work.Financial Security: 401(k) with company match, diverse investment options, and service-based bonusesHealth & Wellness: Medical coverage with a $0 in-network deductible, plus telemedicine and mental health support, along with dental and vision coverage and additional wellness perksWork-Life Balance: Flexible PTO that never expires (with cash-out option), paid holidays, and a true no after-hours work cultureGrowth Opportunities: Tuition reimbursement, ongoing training, and clear paths for advancementExtras: Employee discounts, team events, catered lunches, and annual company outings
