Director Clinical PharmacologySan Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)I'm partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing biotech focused on next-generation biologics to appoint a Director of Clinical PharmacologyThis is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of clinical development, working across a diverse and cutting-edge pipeline including ADCs, bispecifics and multispecific antibodies in oncology, immunology and beyond.The Opportunity:You will play a key role in shaping clinical strategy through the design and execution of clinical pharmacology studies, influencing decision-making from early development through to late-stage and regulatory submission.This is a highly visible position with strong cross-functional exposure across clinical, translational, regulatory and biometrics teams.Key Focus Areas:Lead PK/PD strategy, dose selection and exposure-response analysisDesign and oversee clinical pharmacology studies across Phases 1-Apply modeling & simulation to inform development decisionsContribute to global regulatory strategy (IND, NDA, BLA)Partner closely with clinical development and translational teamsWhat They're Looking For:PhD, MD or PharmD with strong clinical pharmacology expertiseProven experience across early and late-stage developmentDeep understanding of biologics (antibodies, complex modalities)Strong PK/PD and modeling & simulation capabilitiesAbility to operate strategically and influence cross-functional teamsWhy this role?Broad and innovative pipelineReal scope to shape development strategyHigh visibility within a growing organisationOpportunity to step into or operate at Senior Director level??
