Our focus is on precision, consistency, and innovation as we scale production across multiple product lines.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Gummy Production Operator with a strong culinary background to operate and manage our commercial gummy manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to ensuring consistent product quality, efficient production, and adherence to all safety and compliance standards.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands both culinary processes and production-scale execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate commercial gummy manufacturing equipment (depositors, mixers, molding systems, etc.)Execute recipes with precision, ensuring consistency in texture, flavor, and potencyScale batches from R&D to full productionMonitor cook temperatures, timing, and ingredient integrationTroubleshoot production issues and adjust processes as neededMaintain strict sanitation and food safety standards (cGMP preferred)Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenanceWork closely with R&D and management on product development and improvementsAccurately document batch records and production logsQualificationsCulinary experience required (pastry, confectionery, or similar preferred)Experience in a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing environment strongly preferredExperience with candy, gummies, or confectionery production is a major plusAbility to follow precise formulations and SOPsStrong attention to detail and consistencyComfortable working with production equipment and learning new machineryAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periodsTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicPreferred (Nice to Have)Experience with infused products (CBD, hemp, nutraceuticals, etc.)Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, or food safety compliance standardsExperience scaling recipes for mass productionMechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipmentWhat We OfferCompetitive pay (based on experience)Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companyHands-on role in a high-demand, innovative product categoryLeadership opportunities as production scales
