Administrative AssistantWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our fast-paced, rapidly growing firm. The Associate will be responsible for supporting both our San Francisco and Walnut Creek, CA offices, our leadership and our clients. You are the first interaction clients have with our firm.We are a national, full-suite insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm with a singular mission to be the perfect broker across the industries and segments we serve. We are doing this by building a firm, through our daily actions and longer-term strategies, that support our core values.You will:Answer and screen the main phone linesAssist with general email inquiries and route them to the appropriate teamsCheerfully greet and welcome visitors to our officesPlan and coordinate catering for internal and external meetings and eventsManage the relationship with the building property management teamsReceive and process incoming mailAssist with mailing certificates of insurance, polices, etc.Maintain all office supplies and common areasSupport the CEO and other leaders when they are in the officeOther duties as deemed necessaryQualities we look for.
