A prestigious Am Law firm is seeking a tech-savvy, forward-thinking Executive Assistant to provide sophisticated support to attorneys and practice leadership. This role will sit hybrid in Silicon Valley, CA. Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendaring, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and priority management.Support legal and administrative workflows, including document preparation, matter coordination, deadline tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.Assist with client onboarding, conflicts coordination, and client relationship management.Support business development efforts, including pitches, research, CRM updates, attorney bios, and event coordination.Partner with billing and finance on pre-bills, invoicing, and related client requests.Contribute to practice operations, process improvements, and special projects, while serving as a trusted support resource across the team.Qualifications:3+ years of prior law firm Executive Assistant or legal administrative support experience required.Bachelor's ore related degree required. Strong technical aptitude and comfort with evolving tools and systems.Professional communication skills and a high-touch client service mindset
