Senior Field Sales Representative - Cardiovascular and Pulmonary DiseasesThis role covers territories across: Allentown, Scranton, State College, Lehigh Valley, PAA publicly traded, mission-driven biotechnology company focused on developing therapies for rare and life-threatening diseases is seeking an Senior Field Sales Representative to support a defined territory in the central and northern PA areas. This field-based role is responsible for driving sales and awareness of specialty therapies, particularly within pulmonary and cardiovascular disease areas, through strong clinical engagement and territory ownership. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient impact while working in a high-growth, science-driven commercial environment.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales performance within a defined territory by promoting specialty therapies to pulmonologists and other healthcare professionals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare providers) to deliver effective product education and support.Develop and execute strategic territory business plans using sales data, market insights, and account analysis to achieve or exceed targets.Collaborate with cross-functional field teams and utilize available resources to optimize customer engagement, education, and sales outcomes.Maintain deep expertise in disease states, product portfolio, and competitive landscape while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.RequirementsBachelor's degree (preferably in life sciences or nursing) or equivalent relevant experience.6-8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales with strong exposure to rare disease pharmaceutical salesDemonstrated expertise in cardiovascular and/or pulmonary disease areas, with the ability to communicate complex clinical information effectively.Proven track record of sales success, territory management, and relationship-building with specialty healthcare providers.Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a highly travel-intensive, field-based role.What's on offer?A comprehensive total compensation package including a competitive base salaryA yearly bonus equating to 40-50% of annual base salary (this can be uncapped depending on performance)Equity,Healthy car allowance package401k with matchingComprehensive healthcareApply to this job post if you're interested in learning more!
