Order Fulfillment Team Lead | IFS Cloud ERP Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented, team-focused Order Fulfillment Team Lead with hands-on experience using the IFS Cloud ERP system to oversee and streamline our order processing operations for our Irvine CA office. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate order entry, lead and develop the order processing team, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Your ability to coordinate effectively, communicate proactively, and drive process improvements will be critical to our success.Key Responsibilities:Order ManagementEnsure all orders are entered into the IFS Cloud ERP system in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high data integrity and adherence to deadlines.Monitor order statuses and resolve discrepancies or delays promptly.Team LeadershipLead, guide, and develop the order processing team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations.Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging professional growth and accountability.Supplier CoordinationProactively communicate with suppliers via email or phone to resolve issues (e.g., delays, stock availability, or documentation errors).Ensure timely and effective follow-ups to maintain strong supplier relationships and minimize disruptions.Process ImprovementWork closely with the Order Processing and Service Teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.System ExpertiseUtilize IFS ERP to manage orders, track progress, and generate reports as needed.Train team members on IFS best practices and troubleshoot system-related issues.Key Qualities & Skills:Detail-OrientedMeticulous attention to accuracy in order entry and data management.Team PlayerCollaborative mindset with a focus on supporting colleagues and fostering teamwork.Helpful & ProactiveWillingness to go above and beyond to assist team members, suppliers, and other departments.Strong CommunicatorClear, professional, and timely communication (written and verbal) with suppliers and internal teams.IFS ERP ExperienceHands-on experience with IFS Cloud ERP is strongly preferred; familiarity with order processing modules is a plus.Problem-SolvingAbility to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements.Organizational SkillsCapable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Nice-to-Have:Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industriesFamiliarity with purchasing processes, inventory management, or customer service systemsBasic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., IFS Cloud, Excel).This position is central to our operations, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently, suppliers are engaged proactively, and our teams collaborate seamlessly.
