We're women-owned, powered by a team of exceptional professionals.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Seattle-based public relations agency. This role is ideal for a communications professional who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing with precision "” someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and enjoys delivering high-quality work across multiple clients and industries.As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing integrated communications programs, building relationships with media and stakeholders, and contributing to the success of client accounts. You'll be supported by a collaborative team while taking ownership of your work, proactively identifying opportunities, and consistently delivering results.This position is local to Seattle and requires a minimum of two days per week in the officeKey ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Account ManagementSupport day-to-day client communications, including gathering information, tracking deadlines, and participating in meetingsContribute ideas and recommendations to advance client programs and achieve business objectivesManage project timelines, deliverables, and approval processes to ensure work is completed on time and within scopeMaintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partnersContent Development & StorytellingDraft high-quality communications materials including key messages, press releases, op-eds, media pitches, and social contentTranslate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives tailored to target audiencesEnsure all materials meet agency standards for quality, accuracy, and AP styleMedia Relations & OutreachBuild and maintain relationships with traditional and digital mediaResearch and secure media coverage, as well as editorial, award, and speaking opportunitiesSupport media outreach strategies and track resultsIntegrated Campaign ExecutionAssist in developing and executing integrated communications programs across paid, earned, owned, and shared channelsSupport digital and social media initiatives, including content development and audience engagementCoordinate with subject-matter experts, partners, and vendors to support campaign executionEvents & Special ProjectsSupport planning and execution of events, announcements, and community or stakeholder engagement activitiesContribute to special projects and new business efforts as neededCandidate AttributesStrategic and hands-on: Able to connect day-to-day work to broader client goals while executing with attention to detailProactive and resourceful: Anticipates needs, identifies opportunities, and takes initiative to move work forwardResults-driven: Takes ownership of responsibilities and consistently delivers high-quality outcomesCollaborative and relationship-oriented: Enjoys working as part of a team and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersDetail-oriented and organized: Effectively manages multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCommitted to quality: Maintains high standards and takes pride in producing thoughtful, polished workProfessionally mature: Demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, and confidence in client and team interactionsExceptional writer: Brings strong writing and editing skills, with fluency in AP style and the ability to adapt tone for different audiencesQualificationsBachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related fieldMinimum of 3+ years of public relations agency or equivalent in-house experienceProven experience securing media coverage in traditional and digital outletsFamiliarity with digital and social media tools and platformsExperience supporting integrated communications campaignsAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlinesWhy This Role MattersThis role is central to delivering thoughtful, high-impact work for our clients.
