Through health innovation, authentic collaborations, and culturally relevant engagement, HYH America is redefining how wellness is experienced across America and beyond.Position OverviewThe Procurement & Planning Specialist will be responsible for procurement, supplier management, and production/demand planning, ensuring raw materials are available on time and that production plans are aligned with demand to support business needs.As part of a growing organization, this role may also support ad-hoc supply chain activities and requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Supplier ManagementCreate and manage purchase orders (POs) in ERP systemsCommunicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, MOQs, and delivery schedulesTrack raw material orders and ensure timely deliverySupport supplier onboarding and ongoing vendor managementProduction PlanningCoordinate production schedules with co-packers and contract manufacturersEnsure material readiness prior to production runsMonitor production timelines and adjust plans as needed to prevent disruptionsDemand & Supply PlanningAnalyze sales data and develop demand forecasts to align supply with business needsAlign supply plans with demand signals and current inventory levelsIdentify potential risks such as material shortages or excess inventory and propose solutionsInventory & ReportingMonitor inventory levels and maintain supply planning trackersSupport inventory planning including safety stock calculations and replenishment strategiesPrepare regular reports on demand, supply, and inventory performanceCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Operations teamsCoordinate with external partners including suppliers and co-packersSupport ad-hoc supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement effortsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision makingAdvanced Excel skills including forecasting, data analysis, and reportingExperience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platformsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownershipAnalytical and data-driven mindset with effective cross-functional communication skillsPreferred2-5 years of experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain rolesBackground in CPG, food & beverage, or manufacturing environmentsExperience working with co-packers or contract manufacturersFamiliarity with demand planning or forecasting toolsWork EnvironmentThis is a fully on-site position based at our Irvine, CA office, Monday through Friday. Occasional travel to co-packer or OEM facilities may be required for audits and launch support activities. The role may also require schedule flexibility to support collaboration with HYH's Korea headquarters across time zones.Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise in food and beverage quality assurance.In accordance with California law (SB 1162), HYH America provides pay transparency for all open positions.
