We are hiring a detail-oriented Residential Moving Coordinator in San Antonio, TX to support day-to-day operations within the moving and relocation industry. This role blends coordination, customer service, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for candidates with household goods (HHG) experience, this position plays a key role in ensuring smooth residential move execution and accurate documentation.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for residential customers, drivers, and agents throughout the relocation processCoordinate household goods (HHG) moves from booking through final deliveryMonitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to customersPrepare and manage all move-related documentation in line with industry standardsMaintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems in real timeSchedule crews, packing services, and transportation logistics efficientlyEnsure compliance with company policies and relocation industry regulationsSupport billing processes including invoices, charges, and documentation accuracyMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all move recordsAssist with operational reporting including weekly and monthly updatesCollaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless service deliveryProvide administrative and customer support as needed in a high-volume environmentKey Skills & Experience:Experience in the moving and relocation industry (HHG required)Background in coordination, customer service, or administrative rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced settingExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesHigh attention to detail with accurate data entry skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
