Title: GDP QA Manager - Pharma Distribution & QMSLocation: Greater Boston Area, MA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)Employment Type: ContractStatus: Accepting CandidatesAbout the roleSupport distribution quality oversight across U.S. partners within a regulated environment. This role ensures compliance with GDP standards and drives effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) across supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Distribution Partners (3PLs) to ensure compliance with GDP regulationsPrepare and maintain Quality Agreements with external partnersReview and manage deviations, CAPA, and change controlsTrack and maintain KPIs related to distribution quality and performanceAnalyze and resolve compliance and customer issues, including escalation handlingStay current with GDP and logistics regulations to support QMS improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in scientific or allied health field (or equivalent)Hands-on experience with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) or similar regulated environmentExperience in QMS processesCAPA, deviations, change control, Quality AgreementsAbility to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):Estimated hourly range: $65-$75/hr (W-2)Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results
