HR GeneralistOn-site: Jurupa ValleySalary Range: $80,000 to $90,000OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations across the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to ensure consistent HR practices, compliance with employment regulations, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and comfortable balancing operational tasks with employee support.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and benefitsSupport employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and personnel documentationAssist with employee relations matters by documenting issues, supporting investigations, and escalating as neededMaintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity and confidentialitySupport payroll coordination by validating employee data, changes, and timekeeping inputsAssist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communicationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesSupport performance management processes, including reviews and documentationPartner with managers on HR processes and best practicesAssist with audits, reporting, and special HR projects as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR support roleWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience supporting payroll, benefits, and employee relations processesProficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multi-state or high-volume employee populationsHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
