This role supports end-to-end supply chain operations for North American and Mexican OEM programs, including demand coordination, production planning, inventory management, and shipment execution.The position works closely with manufacturing plants and the OE/Production teams in Korea to ensure smooth coordination of production, transportation, inventory, and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport OEM demand coordination and align with production and supply plansCoordinate with manufacturing plants to manage production schedules and shipment readinessMonitor inventory levels and support supply allocation to meet customer requirementsManage order processing, shipment execution, and related documentationCoordinate inland and overseas transportation and work with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveryCommunicate with plant teams to resolve production, shipment, and supply issues in a timely mannerRequired Qualifications1~2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operationsExperience working in a manufacturing or OEM environment preferredFamiliarity with ERP- SAP systemProfessional level of communication in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
