Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy B2B eCommerce Platform Analyst to support and enhance our ORO Commerce (B2B) portals.In this role, you will act as the key connector between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams"”driving platform performance, optimizing user experience, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning a platform, solving complex problems, and making a measurable impact.What You'll DoDrive Business & Platform SolutionsGather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and workflowsIdentify gaps and recommend scalable, user-focused solutionsSupport roadmap planning and prioritize enhancements that drive business valueOwn & Optimize the PlatformManage day-to-day operations of the ORO Commerce / Magento B2B platformMaintain catalogs, pricing, customer structures, and workflowsPartner with IT and vendors to resolve issues, improve performance, and ensure platform stabilityEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systemsSupport Integrations & Technical ExecutionCollaborate on integrations between eCommerce platforms and ERP/enterprise systemsReview APIs, technical specs, and system impacts for enhancementsLead testing efforts including UAT, release validation, and data quality checksSupport data mapping, migrations, and performance/load testingLead Projects & Deliver ResultsManage small to mid-sized projects from planning through executionDevelop timelines, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholdersFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure on-time deliveryPartner, Train & InfluenceServe as the go-to expert for platform functionality and enhancementsProvide training, documentation, and ongoing user supportCommunicate updates, releases, and best practices across the organizationWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field3-5+ years of experience supporting eCommerce platforms or digital solutionsHands-on experience with ORO Commerce or Magento B2B preferredStrong understanding of B2B eCommerce (catalogs, pricing, customer hierarchies, order workflows)Technical acumen with APIs, integrations, and system architectureExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience integrating eCommerce platforms with ERP systems (Oracle E-Business a plus)Background in QA testing, UAT coordination, and release managementExperience working directly with customers or external partnersWhy This RoleHigh visibility role with direct impact on customer experience and business growthOpportunity to own and shape a critical B2B platformCollaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional exposure
