Tool & Die Technician

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Tool & Die Technician for our client. This is responsible for supporting the production of rule dies and prototype components through the operation of CNC and metal bending equipment. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, setting up and monitoring machinery, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.What's a Typical Day Like?Operate CNC Hurco VM10 lathe and SDS Easy Bender metal bending machines.Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce rule dies and prototype components.Set up equipment and machinery according to required specifications.Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards.Inspect materials and finished products to verify quality and accuracy.Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.Assist with additional technical or production tasks as assigned.What Are the Requirements of the Job?Experience operating CNC machines and/or metal bending equipment preferredAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBasic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standardsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredManufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and moving partsRequires adherence to safety standards and use of PPEAbility to stand and work for extended periodsAbility to lift, push, and pull materials as neededFrequent use of hands for operating machinery and handling materialsAbility to work in fast-paced environment.Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.Capability to stand for prolonged periods of timeCommunication skills.Why Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
